Troubleshooting

Verify card number, CVV, and expiration date are entered correctly. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If it still fails, call 1-800-950-5114.
Use the Forgot User ID / Password links on the sign-in page, or call customer service.
Confirm your billing address is up to date, check your available credit, and ensure the merchant is supported. Contact Citi if issues persist.
Call 1-800-950-5114 to report the missing card and request a replacement.
Citi will never ask for your full card number, CVV, PIN, or password via email or text. If you receive a suspicious message, report it to spoof@citi.com.

Final Tips

  • Always activate your card as soon as it arrives to prevent fraud.
  • Destroy any expired or replaced cards by shredding them.
  • Keep your contact information up to date so Citi can reach you about suspicious activity.

With your Citi card activated, you’re ready to shop, earn rewards, and manage your account with confidence.
